Bank account opening for legal entities
Doing business at international level, everyday spending, accumulation of earned funds of an enterprise involves opening an account. Each company has its own characteristics related to the activity and style of doing business. After a preliminary analysis of the company’s activities, we can offer solutions for opening a corporate account remotely, as well as full support in the preparation of legal documents of the company until the final receipt of digipasses by the account manager.
Cooperation with us and work process:
1. Contact us in order to start the process
2. After the scope of services and type of services are agreed, we will send you a contract for signing
3. To start the process KYC completion is required ( all fields including company partners, their websites, country of registration, payment purpose, company’s bank (where account is held), company’s own website etc.) + it is necessary to send copies of directors’, shareholders’, beneficiaries’ and account user’s passports (please indicate where whose passport is)
4. If the client agrees to the terms of the bank, an invoice for prepayment is issued (50% of the account opening price)
5. Upon the prepayment receipt, we begin collecting documents in scanned copies and when all documents are collected, we submit them to the bank
6. Upon receipt of preliminary confirmation from the bank, we collect a package of documents for sending by mail
DHL and other expenses should be paid separately (if you need to make copies of documents, we issue an invoice, and you pay before we make copies)
7. The final invoice will be issued after receiving yes from the bank. After we receive a digipass, we will send you a scanned copy of bank account details and after receiving payment from you, we will send DHL with bank account access means

- Corporate account opening for companies registered in low tax jurisdictions
- Bank account opening process is performed by proxy (POA is to be issued)
- Bank accounts are opened in EUR, USD, RUB and AMD (other currencies upon request)
- Bank accounts are not in IBAN format
- No requirements for minimum account balance

! Payments from liquidated banks are not accepted.

- Corporate account opening for companies registered in Georgia (in FIZ or with IT certificate)
- Bank account opening process is performed by proxy (POA is to be issued)
- Bank accounts are opened in EUR, USD, RUB, AMD and GEL, if necessary (other currencies upon request)
- Bank accounts are not in IBAN format
- No requirements for minimum account balance

- Settlement account opening (for companies with a license)
- Settlement Account is intended for companies that will not use the account to conduct their core transactions
- For example, the activities of forex companies with a license from low tax jurisdictions
- Payments from direct customers will not go through this account, but will go through Internet acquiring or a simple account at other banks, PSPs and processing companies.
- Further accumulated profit will go directly to settlement account for storage / payment of administrative expenses / distribution of dividends

- Settlement Account is intended for companies that will not use the account to conduct their core transactions
- For example, the activities of forex companies, registered in jurisdictions, that do not require licensing (SVG)
- Payments from direct customers will not go through this account, but will go through Internet acquiring or a simple account at other banks, PSPs and processing companies.
- Further accumulated profit will go directly to settlement account for storage / payment of administrative expenses / distribution of dividends

- Further accumulated profit will go directly to settlement account for storage / payment of administrative expenses / distribution of dividends
